Frequently Asked Questions
How do I back up my data?
Open More > Advanced Features > Backup, then use Export Backup to save a .backup file. Store backups in iCloud, Google Drive, or another safe location.
How do I restore data from a backup?
Open More > Advanced Features > Backup, then choose Import Backup and select your .backup file. Import replaces all current app data, so make sure you choose the correct file.
How do I restore my Budgetum Pro purchase?
Open More and use Restore Purchase on the upgrade flow. Budgetum Pro is a one-time purchase and can be restored on your account without buying again.
Can I export my transactions?
Yes. Open More > Advanced Features > Export Transactions and choose All, Month, Year, or Custom period.
Where can I find the app version?
Open More > About and check Version. Please include this value when reporting issues.
Troubleshooting
- App crashes on startup: Restart your device and open Budgetum again. If the issue persists, report it using the checklist below.
- Backup import issues: Verify the selected file has a
.backupextension and was exported from Budgetum. - Pro not active: Open More and use Restore Purchase, then restart the app.
