Introduction

Welcome to Budgetum. By downloading and using Budgetum (referred to as "the App"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the App.

Use of the App

Budgetum is provided for personal budgeting and expense tracking. By using this App, you agree to use it solely for personal purposes and not for any commercial or unlawful activities.

License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Budgetum in accordance with these Terms. This license is for personal use only and does not permit resale, redistribution, or commercial use of the App.

User Responsibilities

By using Budgetum, you agree to:

• Use the App in a manner that complies with applicable laws and regulations.
• Keep your device and account secure if you choose to create backups of your data or use device-level security features.
• Take responsibility for all activities performed through the App on your device.

Data and Privacy

The financial data you enter into the App is stored locally on your device. Budgetum does not require an account and does not sync your data to its servers. Optional features, such as shared budget plan links, send only the information you choose to share. Anonymous usage statistics and crash reports are collected as described in our Privacy Policy, which explains our data handling practices in detail.

Purchases

The App is free to use. Budgetum Pro is an optional one-time in-app purchase that unlocks additional features. It is not a subscription.

Say thanks tips are voluntary one-time payments that support the developer. Tips do not unlock Budgetum Pro or any other features and are not restored like a Pro purchase.

All payments and refunds are handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play under their own terms. Refund requests go through the store where you made the purchase.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Budgetum is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. While we strive to ensure the App operates effectively and accurately, we make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of information provided by the App.

We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to, any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Budgetum, its developers, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App. This includes, without limitation, any loss of data, loss of profits, or other damages.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Changes will be posted within the App or on our website, and your continued use of the App following such changes signifies your acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Ukraine. By using the App, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ukraine for any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms.
